This role will suit an Executive Sous Chef who has 3 years experience in a similar capacity, who has a strong passion for training and can lead multiple teams at a time.
You will be responsible for approx 40 staff across 5 eating outlets and 3 staff restaurants. You will interact with guests to help create a personal experience for them. The resort also has its own farm and therefore you will work closely with the farm manager to ensure all necessary products will be available.
This role will suit a canddiate that can adapte to island life and can work well under pressure.
