The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance queries across multiple sites and managing the clients expectations.

A global market leading Managing Agent are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their team in London covering a high-end, luxury, mix-used portfolio in Mayfair and Fitzrovia. The successful candidate will have experience within the Facilities Management industry and managing multiple sites.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance queries across multiple sites and managing the clients’ expectations.

Key duties

Manage day-to-day maintenance of the property portfolio.
Maintenance program administration
Ensuring that all properties are maintained and kept in a high standard of repair
Liaising with the client and keeping them up to date
Developing and managing property facility maintenance plans and schedules
Planning and preparing budgets for maintenance
Ensuring that all works are completed in a timely manner
Managing internal teams and external Contractors ensuring H&S compliance
Undertaking accident/incident investigations when they arise and taking appropriate action

Package

Up to £50,000
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (hybrid working model)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
