Facilities Manager Job, West London
Currently working with a regional luxury serviced apartment brand who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their busy Build to Rent team in West London.
The Facilities Manager will be overseeing and performing a range technical and mechanical work ensuring the new property, is meeting standards of appearance, safety and overall functionality.
Responsible for the maintenance of the site including overall inspection, repairs and general maintenance of all areas of the building, ensuring the building meets its statutory obligations.
Lead and inspire a small team by delegating, supervising and directing the works of the department.
Skills & Qualifications
IOSH certificate and/or a NEBOSH certificate
Experience in pre practical completion aspects of an opening, including commissioning M&E, snagging, warranty registration and overseeing the defects lifespan.
Some experience in the Build to Rent sector (desirable)
A Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and statutory obligations.
A full understanding of health and safety regulations.
Strong leadership qualities
An organised and methodical approach to tasks
Able to meet tight deadlines
Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally BMS software
