Senior Fire and Safety Risk Assessor/Consultant
Location: Home based, 95% clients in London
Salary: £45,000 – £58,000 dependant upon experience + homeworking / flexibility / generous leave allowance

An exciting opportunity for a Fire and Safety Risk Assessor/Consultant has arisen to join a fun and dynamic company near London.
As the successful candidate you will have experience and an understanding of current and changing fire and safety legislation, best practice, codes, guides and of fire and of safety management and fire/safety risk assessments in both residential and commercial settings. You will either already be on a Fire Risk Assessors Register, or just about ready to apply and you will certainly need experience in assessing tall residential buildings to be able to hit the ground running.
As the senior Fire Risk Assessor you will be an important part of the team and critical to helping shape the future.

As a small organisation they are able to offer maximum flexibility to ensure your work-life balance and client satisfaction. Working from home when not with clients (95% of whom are in London) you will be managing your own diary conducting FRA/H&S Assessments and providing advice to a range of organisations, large and small, including residential managing agents.
