Job Title: Global Quality Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

Location: Soho, London (Hybrid)

As a Global Quality Coordinator, your responsibilities will include –

  • Helping to set and monitor quality objectives that aim to ensure the business is delivering to customer requirements and expectations
  • Ensuring that applicable management system intranet sites and all related quality management system documents are kept up to date
  • Ensuring regular reviews of FAQs for bids are undertaken
  • Carrying out internal audits/reviews where required
  • Compiling induction training modules and online training
  • Coordinating the assessment of sub-consultants and suppliers

We are looking for a Global Quality Coordinator with the following skills/experience –

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particular with Excel
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Flexible attitude with good team working skills
  • Diligent with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in an ISO 9001/14001 registered organisation
