Head Chef for a Luxury Boutique Caribbean Resort! Job, Anguilla

I am seeking a Head Chef for a top resort in the Caribbean. This will suit a Head Chef with experience in the Caribbean and essential to have experience with Caribbean cuisine. The successful Head Chef will be based on the beautiful island of Anguilla in one of the Islands top resorts.

It is essential that this Head Chef is experienced with menu writing, budgeting and daily administrative tasks involved in the kitchen, as well as being creative and taking a hands on approach to their role.

The successful candidate will be report directly into the GM and will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, including staffing, procurement, budgeting and menu planning.
