The successful Staff housing manager will work in conjunction with the HR team to forecast occupancy and moves for staff housing.You will be required to negotiate and manage lease agreements with owners- ensuring that all requirements are met as per contracts agreed. This role will require you to maintain housing databases/furniture inventory, conduct preventative maintenance inspections with the maintenance department, and create a new property management plan.
This role requires an individual who has excellent communication skills and can multi-task. My client is seeking a candidate who has at least 4 years of experience within project management, property management and or logistics and is experienced with Manager Plus Asset Management system. It is essential that the successful individual can work well under pressure and can think on their feet.
