HR Business Partner Job, London
Responsibilities:
- Mange the client relationship with relevant business leaders and board members in relation to HR initiative and people related issues
- Manage the People HR system along with the People Assistant
- Provide organisation development, change management expertise and value-adding partnership to the business function
- Lead on/or implement HR initiative and project implementation across the trust
- Manage the annual salary and bonus review
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive change in people management across the organisation
- Develop and manage employee training and development
- Oversea and ensure recruitment is being managed effectively
- Manage employee well being across the trust
The successful HR People Partner / HR Business Partner will have the following skills / experience –
- CIPD Qualified, ideally to Level 5
- At least 2 years in an HR generalist role
- Experience in using and maintain a HR information / CRM system
- Sound understanding of current employment law
- Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Proactive, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
