HR manager Job, London

I am currently recruiting for a long standing client of ours who have an excellent reputation and are pushing forward to create a sustainable future. Having recently been acquired by a large global business we are expanding the HR team and need an HR leader to join and assist with transformation projects along with supporting across other HR functions.

The role:

  • To manage and provide oversight of HR services including conducting research and reporting findings
  • Implementation of best practice HR Systems and processes
  • Implementation of Company Policies
  • Work with the HR and operations Director to deliver the vision, mission and values of the Company
  • Checking and delegated sign off authority for the production of HR letters, reports, presentations, proposals and graphical board dashboards
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Maintain key expert knowledge by attending educational workshops, conferences, webinars and reviewing publications and reporting findings
  • Addressing current working practices to maximise office and time efficiency
  • To be involved with recruitment projects working closely with the TA team and wider HR
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records and data together with QA for same
  • Support business growth and strategy through recruitment and retention of employees
  • Support diversity, wellness and employee relations initiatives and working groups

The Person:

  • Minimum of 7+ years in a HR administration role, 2+ in a management role
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
  • Degree qualified or equivalent HR qualification (desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of HR processes and terminology (essential)
