HVAC Project Manager
A reputable HVAC contractor are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Project Managers to manage multiple fast-track commercial restaurant fit out projects across the UK. specialist restaurant fit out company, concurrently managing a number of projects at different stages of the lifecycle from initial client meetings and design to after care. Experience includes coordination of gas, electrics, ventilation and air conditioning planning and installation.
The HVAC Project Manager
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be part of a specialist restaurant fit out company, concurrently managing a number of projects at different stages of the lifecycle from initial client meetings and design to after care. The role will be national, and also based from their well-appointed offices in Hertfordshire.
Technically speaking the role includes coordination of gas, electrics, ventilation and air conditioning planning and installation. You will provide oversight on programming, budget control and health and safety. With the nature of the role strong administrations skills are also a must.
Working with blue chip clients, both nationally and internationally, you will be required to travel across the UK and Ireland to attend site so MUST be flexible to travel.
A genuine specialist in the restaurant fit out market, the company have a well-earned reputation built in over 50 years of operating. Based in Hertfordshire, the company remain a family business but now enjoy a turnover in excess of £25M per annum and have continued sustained growth. With a number of internal promotions due within the business, they now need the next generation of Project Managers to take the lead on site.
Ideally will have a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and in budget
Relevant experience and qualifications – Particularly within ventilation
Previous HVAC experience on commercial projects – Ideally within the leisure/dining industry
Working closely with their internal engineers, you may also need to produce scheme drawings so experience using AutoCAD is extremely advantageous

The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 p.a. depending on experience, travel expenses, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, an attractive pension, on-site parking, on site canteen (subsidised), a discretionary company bonus, access to perkbox (our employee benefits scheme) with accommodation expensed whilst working away.
