Our trusted client has a great name on the market and are currently looking for an ambitious Civil Engineer to build a team of up to 5 engineers over the next 2 years. This gives you the autonomy to set out the team structure, hire your engineers, lay out training plans and be a focal part of the business.

Ideally the successful Lead Civil Engineer will have between 7-12 year’s experience within Civil Engineering design and doesn’t shy away from responsibility.

Communication will be a huge part of the role and it is vital you as a candidate are able to communicate at all levels with different departments and sectors. Proven experience in leading Civil engineering teams is vital.
