A new opportunity has arisen for a Learning Coordinator / Associate to join a Global Learning & Development Software organisation. As a Learning Coordinator / Associate you will conduct data analysis to assess the impact of learning, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analysis. The Learning Coordinator / Associate is additionally responsible for administrative aspects of the relationship with the client, including running reports, trend analysis, year on year comparisons and similar data analysis.

The primary function of this role is to provide customers with actionable, reliable information about their learning function and/or specific learning initiatives, relieve clients of administrative tasks and manage learner administrative requirements.

As a Learning Coordinator / Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and running custom reporting to align with customers’ measurement strategy
  • LMS Administration across various platforms
  • Learner/User management
  • Report administration and analysis including creating, merging, and manipulating report data
  • Managing learner inquiries through dedicated inbox
  • Providing professional communication and timely responses
  • Creates and maintains project documentation for internal and external parties

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator / Associate who has the following skills/experience:

  • Experience analyzing data and working with complex reporting and dashboards
  • Confident working with excel and manipulating and presenting data professionally (advanced excel – vlookups/formulas/pivot tables/visual display with variety of graphs).
  • Previous customer facing (virtual or face to face) role with an aptitude for technology
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player and a strong relationship builder.
