Marketing Assistant

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to £25,000, depending on experience

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced industry providing support on day-to-day tasks to help the commercial teams drive forward their marketing strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the delivery of major bids and tender submissions
  • Manage and update marketing information libraries
  • Event co-ordination
  • Support on the development of marketing campaigns and awareness activities
  • Support on the development of digital and printed marketing materials
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

The successful candidate

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams across the business
  • A creative approach to all tasks
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail with spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role within an office environment (desirable)
  • Experience in producing bid documents (desirable)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (desirable)
  • Experience of construction industry or professional services (desirable)
