Marketing Executive

Location: Gatwick, Hybrid working

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, Depending on Experience

My client is a provider of strategic advice and full life cycle engineering services specialising within the data centre space. They work throughout a wide variety of sectors, including commercial and private sector. Project and deal sizes range from a couple of thousand through to £10 million.

They are looking for a experienced and confident Marketing Executive to come on board and run their marketing function alongside the Sales and Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow and develop alongside the organisation on a very aggressive growth curve.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing and creating visually engaging content for the company’s social media
  • Managing various marketing campaigns throughout the year to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Campaigns will include email content marketing campaigns, event campaigns, social selling campaigns and social media campaigns
  • Generating new and exciting content and ideas for all digital marketing platforms
  • Communicate with various account managers to ensure optimal output of campaigns
  • Working alongside the Sales and Marketing manager to manage the marketing budget and implement the marketing strategy
  • Writing case studies, blog posts etc
  • SEO

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • A Marketing degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of engineering/IT/data centres
  • Adaptable and quick in learning to understand different software tools
  • Driven and motivated approach
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Want to grow a team beneath them
