Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

The Company

They create, control and maintain all aspects of a building’s environment. Portfolio of over 40 years displays our ability from concept appraisal through to specialist detailed design, installation and labour. They provide a dedicated service, utilising our various ‘in house’ design teams. Their extensive experience includes a diverse spectrum of work, understanding the varied demands and requirements of developers as well as owner occupiers in a variety of sectors. Our director led approach ensures quality at all stages and we are mobilised to respond to any enquiry immediately. In return, they are offering a highly competitive salary of £55,000 – £60,000 for the right candidate. The Role:

  • To be considered for this Electrical Project Manager position, you will need to have experience working on both CAT A and CAT B fit out projects. – Define and control the delivery programme and be accountable for its readiness and delivery on time and on budget – Maintain close relationships with clients / customers

The ideal Electrical Project Manager will also have;

  • Previous experience of working on CAT A and CAT B fit out
  • A strong understanding of both Mechanical & Electrical works.
  • Great negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits £ 55,000 – £60,000
