Do you have extensive experience as an M&E Surveyor and are looking for a new contract position?

Are you happy to commute to various residential sites across London (mostly within the M25)?

THE ROLE

This multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an M&E Surveyor to join them on a contract basis (outside IR35) to start in the next two weeks. The work will be 4-5 days per week and is estimated to last at least 2 months, there is every chance that this could be extended but currently there is no promise of that.

You will be expected to attend a number of residential sites across London to undertake surveys of the communal areas and plant rooms. You will need to be able to plan out your surveys and liaise with the client a week or two in advance of the planned survey dates.

Please take note that you will be travelling to several sites across the city, some of which won’t always be close to a tube or bus station and will be up and down buildings throughout the day. Please only apply if you’re happy with these demands.
