They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a residential project based in Kensington.

They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a residential project based in Kensington.

Requirements

Responsible for the involvement on successfully delivering the luxury residential development.

Proven track record in understanding the full project life cycle process from pre-construction to commissioning management and handover procedures.

Checking design duties

Building schedules for equipment such as grilles, plenum boxes etc

Produce tech-subs for all mechanical equipment and fittings

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering HNC, Degree or equivalent.

H&S Course

SMSTS

Black CSCS

First Aider

The role will be site-based, and you will work as part of a team consisting of the electrical project project, electrical supervisor, heating and plumbing supervisor, QAQC inspector and a document controller, all reporting to the MEP Senior Project Manager.
