2 Month Contract Immediate Start

An opportunity for a mechanical project manager to join a Northern Irish based M&E sub contractor who are steadily growing and have a strong pipeline of work in the South of England.

The mechanical project manager will be based in the centre of Cambridge and on a student accommodation project.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the project on time and budget
  • Manage sub contractors
  • Attend progress meetings
  • Manage variations
  • Complete final Handover
  • Assist with the commissioning stage
  • Monitor health and safety
