My client is a market leader in building services, Specialising in Data centres, Commercial, pharmaceutical laboratories and government building projects. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, to work on projects ranging from £1million – £50million.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of mechanical projects, including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and mentor project teams.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management in the building services industry
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
