Are you a MEP Construction Manager, specialising in Data Centres and wanting your foot in the door to a globally, renowned engineering consultancy?

As the MEP Construction Manager you will be working in their Data Centre department so having experience in this sector as well as MEP, (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) is essential. They are leaders in providing Professional Services in the Data Centre sector globally so you will have the chance to work with the experts in this field.

Due to consistent work winning and successes within the UK market they are recruiting for a MEP Construction Manager (this is where you come in) to work on a Data Centre for a specific contract in West London.

Position: MEP Construction Manager

Where: West London

Rate: £500p/d (negotiable)

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Project: Data Centre

Main Duties

  • Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance
  • Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
  • Advising upon the procurement of resources
  • Leading and facilitating overall delivery of MEP packages
  • Managing the change control process
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

What you need

  • 8 years+ experience within MEP Data Centres
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • APM Chartered preferably
  • Ideally worked within a consultancy environment
