New Business Manager Job, Bracknell

One of the UK’s fastest-growing e-learning providers is looking for a New Business Manager to join its ever-growing team. This sales role offers progression and uncapped earning potential, so anyone who truly wants to succeed and is willing to put in the effort, undoubtedly will. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5 based in Bracknell however during the current COVID restrictions, the role will initially be home-based.

The e-learning platform offers over 140 courses and is available in 30+ languages with over 89,000 reviews with an online rating of 4.4 out of 5. The company work with thousands of clients across education, office, care, construction, hospitality and hospitals along with a significant number of large national and international organisations and have seen 30% year on year growth!

As a New Business Manager your responsibilities will include:
Creating new sales opportunities and bringing new business on board before handing over the new client to a dedicated Account Manager to look after.
Lead generating using a range of multimedia bases to source prospective clients.
Arranging a screen share appointment where you will demonstrate the company product and service.
Naturally building rapport with prospective clients quickly, easily and being able to find out their requirements.
Following up and getting the prospective clients on board.

Be proactive in lead generation to support your existing sales pipeline.

In return for this sales role, you will receive a pay rate from £22,000 pa plus commission (OTE £30,000pa) and company pension.
