Office Administrator Job, Antigua and Barbuda

Office Administrator required for busy Caribbean construction company.

We have a current opportunity for a Office Administrator based in Antigua.

The ideal candidate will be a CARICOM National, have previous experience in an administrative role and a working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Daily duties will include:

– Assisting with procurement procedure
– Creating applications for payment
– Producing purchase orders
– Data input for payroll
– Requesting quotes
– Producing/processing invoices

Working days Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 5pm

Accommodation and meals during the working week will be provided.

Flights to and from Antigua will be provided at the start and end of the contract duration.
