PA and Office Administrator
Location: Shoreditch area, Office Based
Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Experience
My client is looking for an administrator and PA to come on board and provide support to the 4 Directors of the business. You will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the MD, helping him to manage and prioritise his time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the directors with diary management and administration support
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Tracking action points and to-do lists on behalf of the directors
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, prompting them when action is required
- Attending meetings, distributing meeting materials, following up ensuring action points are completed
- Compiling itineraries and agendas
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Managing and responding to incoming and outgoing correspondence as and when required (emails, mail)
- Preparing and processing expenses for the Directors
- Assisting the Directors and other teams with various actions and supporting the Board
- Providing high-quality and professional office hospitality to visitors, partners, and clients
- Arranging corporate events
- General admin duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a PA (Personal Assistant)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Excel Spreadsheets
- Good relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised and proactive personality
- Confident individual
