The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain high standards of quality and service in all outlets regarding pastry products and will ensure all duties and responsibilities are kept to resort standards.
This role will suit a candidate who has a creative flare and will assist the executive chef in developing new designs and recipes.
We require someone to live as part of the community and is able to lead, coach and develop the team. Preference given to those candidates with European training.
