Project Administrator Job, England

A family business established in 1985 have grown to become a well respected Electrical, Mechanical and Fit out contractor. They pride themselves on providing a high standard of workmanship, technical ability and continually operating to industry best practice.

They are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join their team working in Canary Wharf and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day administrative support
  • Identifying, reporting, and chasing outstanding project paperwork including invoices
  • Keep track of budgets and project expenditures
  • Maintain compliance regulations including document formatting and control
  • Attend meetings and minute those meetings
  • Create client documents and maintain these
  • Maintain job folders and offer support in corrections
  • Processing permits
  • Managing project cost recovery

General Requirements:

  • Experience within project administration is desirable
  • 3 years + administration experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programming
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate good time management, organisation skills and multi-tasking
  • Team player
