An exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a leading client in the Information Security arena!

Our client is looking for a proactive and efficient individual to join their PMO team as a Project Coordinator, which requires working across our technical departments and with the global sales team to book and manage client and internal work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide resource scheduling support across all technical teams
  • Act as a point of contact for technical consultants and account managers
  • Updating of internal systems to ensure accuracy of information held
  • Provide administrative support to the wider PMO team as needed
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Undertaking project tasks as required

  • Highly organised and self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong communicator, having exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Flexible and proactive character
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Using own initiative and to effectively work with others to achieve team success
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Keen to learn and develop in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing priorities and retain focus
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including, word, excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
