As a Project Manager / Project Coordinator you will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate the service department heads, associates and customers to ensure a smooth, timely rollout and delivery of all Leadership and Development projects.

You will also lead on the implementation of project software and time recording systems into the business, and through this experience, in time develop opportunities to directly deliver projects with customers. You will proactively engage with all areas of the business which will require excellent stakeholder engagement and management.

As the successful candidate you will have worked within a project support role before, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or similar, and be looking to take the next step towards Project Management, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement. You will also have the ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves”.

As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include –

* Provide operational leadership for all assigned projects
* Responsible for aspects of planning, management, report writing and programming of projects
* Analyse project specifications to accurately plan activities and resourcing to ensure profitable and timely delivery of works
* Ensure that you play an active role in keeping the team appropriately motivated to deliver for the business across all key responsibility areas
* Develop project plans, gain the necessary approvals and deliver in accordance with these plans
* Control and communication of project documentation to stakeholders. Timelines, project plans, kick off meeting notes and milestones

The successful Project Manager / Project Coordinator will have the following skills experience –

* Project Management qualification / Degree standard of education
* Previous Project Management / Project Coordinator experience
* A self-starter with a proven ability to gain buy-in and deliver results that add value and fit with the brand values of the organisation
* Experience of running internal projects from start to finish
* Proven experience of working in a PMO, project support or project management capacity
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully, within budget and agreed timescales
