We have a current opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (Plumbing and Heating) on a permanent basis. The position will be based across a number of sites from Northamptonshire to Hampshire. The PM will be responsible for the day to day running of a number of projects.
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Proven strong background in managing multiple new build residential projects
- Ability to read programmes and allocate labour accordingly
- Quality control
- Answering of emails
- Communicate with relevant site teams
- Ensure all installations meet current regulations
- Promote and maintain health and safety standards on site
- Attend site meetings
- Managing project budgets
Requirements
- Holds relevant plumbing and heating qualifications
- Gas safe registered
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Knowledge of mechanical installations a benefit but not essential
- Full UK driving license
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
