**Project Structural Engineer*

Are you looking to work for an exciting Structural Engineering company in North London? Our client is looking to recruit a Project Structural Engineer to join their ever-growing team. You will gain invaluable experience working on a range of projects from residential and commercial to historical and educational.

The successful Project Structural Engineer will need:

  • Between 3 – 5 years’ UK relevant experience
  • Confident designer in steel, timber, concrete and masonry
  • Beneficial if you have experience using analysis software’s such as Tekla Structural Designer, Scia Engineer, Tedds etc.
  • MEng from a UK University in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or higher)

The role:

  • Undertake engineering analysis and prepare calculations for structural and civil engineering projects.
  • Be proficient in the use of relevant technical analysis and design software.
  • Prepare structural and civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Willing to attend design meetings, site meetings and carryout site inspections.
  • Liaise and communicate clearly in a professional manner to clients, contractors and other designers and to offer advice and guidance on matters relating to your work.
