Quantity Surveyor Job, West Midlands

Job Title: Quantity Survey (QS) My client is also keen to hear from Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) and Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Midlands – Our client has offices across the UK however immediately keen to speak to professionals based in Birmingham, Coventry , Leicester or Wolverhampton

Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 per annum – This wide range Is due to my client being flexible to the level of experience the Quantity Surveyor that joins the team brings

Benefits: Benefits package which will be discussed prior as it can be flexible for individual requirements

Start Date: My client can offer a start in October or November 2021

Due to an consistent work load and a healthy order book my client is looking for a quantity surveyor to join the team. My client really is a very approachable but determined company who are proud of the work they undertake for both public and private clients. You will often see them across the UK with a heavy presence within Civil Engineering projects which could see them undertaking works in Piling, Earthworks, Ports or Civils.

Essential Experience:

– Pro active , tenacious , team player attitude with a genuine passion for the work you do

– Previous background within Civil Engineering projects with a Contractor

– On application we will discuss further around the project specifics and your specific experience

– Proven background of working with the NEC3 or NEC4 contract

Desirable:

– Experience within Piling, Earthworks, Ports or Civil Engineering

Duties:
– Working with the NEC3 & NEC4 Contracts
– Flexibility to travel to sites
– Flexible office, home & site working available (Site visits will be essential)
– Please note this role is not suitable for those looking for a fully remote role
– Undertaking all aspects of Quantity Surveying from pricing to managing change to final accounts and claims
