Our dedicated team of experts focuses on various industries, and we’re now seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients across the Middle East to establish new business relationships.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of the Middle East recruitment landscape to identify market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop strategies that align with client needs and industry demands.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market developments to drive our market position.
  • Travel to the MENA region on business development trips, to develop new and existing client relationships.
  • Actively participate in industry events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition within the recruitment industry.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker would be a huge advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Middle East employment laws, cultural nuances, and market dynamics would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
