Up to £35,000 per annum + Commission + Pension + Benefits Package

Established in 2002, Energi People are a privately owned, leading recruitment consultancy specialising within the built environment.

We partner with global leading and boutique engineering consultancies and contractors to attract the finest talent in our industry to help their businesses grow and careers flourish.

As part of the building services design team, you will become an integral part of one of the most experienced and successful team of recruiters that specialise within building services engineering recruitment.
Between us, we have close to 50 years of experience in building services (MEP Design) recruitment within the UK, APAC and MENA regions One member of our team was previously a mechanical building services design engineer!

The clients you will be working with have delivered many exemplar green buildings and have built up international sustainable design expertise that is second to none. The projects they work on make a huge difference in our homes, offices, our communities and our planet!

We are looking for recruitment consultants who take pride in the service they offer and have a desire to build long term partnerships with their clients, gaining an in depth understanding of their clients` needs. The environment you will be working in will be a vibrant, busy and inspiring one.

The successful Recruitment Consultants will need to have a solid track record in a recruitment environment and ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We currently have a number of opportunities within the business, all on warm desks with current live vacancies. We have seen a significant upturn in the markets we operate in and want ambitious individuals to join us on our journey.
