Residential Property Manager Job, South West London
A brand-new position for a Residential Property Manager working for a well-established Managing Agent has arisen in London working with one of their prestigious clients.
As the Resident Property Manager you will report into the Head of Residential, and work with the Residential team across the Estate and will act as the Managing Agent interface for residents and lease compliance for this unique mixed-use property.
As the successful candidate you will provide high levels of property management services to the residents on-site as well as delivering the vision and values of the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective and efficient residential leasehold management including all internal communication with all stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with appropriate resident representatives.
* First point of contact for any queries or concerns.
* Form strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Manage all contracted services for the Concierge.
* Provide training to staff in relation to expected standards and delivery of client and resident services and delivery in excellence.
* Assist in the management of the production of the annual residential service charge budget, coordinating the input of internal resources.
* Manage and update all insurance claims with the broker and report monthly claims updates.
* Ensure that all procedures and policies are communicated with residents
* Be a point for escalation for leaseholder queries and more complex issues.
* Environmental performance reporting.
* In conjunction with Head of Residential Operations, Implement S20 consultations from start to finish and explain the principals and steps clearly to all stakeholders.
* Understand leases and translate the requirements into practical working scenarios.
* Develop and deliver excellent customer services.

* Excellent communicator written and verbal
* Excellent financial skills including budgeting, forecasting and year end accounts reviews
* Leadership and credibility at senior level with Residential and mixed-use clients
* People Management, collaboration and communication skills
* Proven and extensive experience in residential property management (minimum 5 years)
* Thorough understanding of residential leases
* Thorough understanding of statutory regulations including requirements under Landlord and Tenant Act
* Understanding of corporate structure and Client involvement
* Discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters
* Commercially aware with strong financial management skills
* MIRPM qualified. Assoc RICS desired.
* Detailed understanding of RICS Service Charge Codes, Professional Statement, and regulations
* Strong IT Skills
