Senior Marketing Executive Job, Farnborough

We are excited to announce that the team here at Energi people are looking for an experienced Marketing executive to join us and help shape our brand! We need your help with our marketing strategy- everything from digital engagement, content creation, analytic, events and much more! Some one who is naturally creative, proactive and values driven would suit our culture well! You can either work from our office based on a secure site in Farnborough, which has great on-site facilities, or we offer a hybrid model.

The Job:

  • Work with Senior Leadership to help create a marketing strategy and deploy
  • Working across social media and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Communicate with consultants and work with them on developing personal brand in line with company visions
  • Conduct market research and develop market insights
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for online campaigns
  • Manage marketing campaigns, create, evaluate and review
  • Source relevant events and advertising opportunities for the brand
  • Run social media and digital Channels (LinkedIN, Website, Facebook, Twitter etc)
  • Work closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials
  • Help organise and attend events such as conferences, seminar and exhibitions

The Person:

  • Ideally will have 5 years’ experience either working in-house or Agency
  • Strategic and strong commercial awareness
  • Proactive and creative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good analytic skills
  • An idea generator!
  • Great communicator and interpersonal skills
  • Marketing degree (Desirable but not essential)
