Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Tonbridge Office Based Outside IR35 £40 -£42 per hour Long Term I'm working closely with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking for senior mechanical design engineers to come on board and work on some hotel and high-rise residential projects. Working from the office in Tonbridge, you will be heading up the team on design side and overseeing less experience design engineers. A 10-minute walk from the station if you will be using public transport. There is parking near the office which is free to use. Looking for someone to start right away, interviews will be held promptly and feedback received quickly. ResponsibilitiesCarry out mechanical design and project management across a variety of projects. Liaise with the clients and attend meetings. Carry out surveys/quality inspections and produce the relevant reports. Use CAD systems in line with the company standard. Carry out IES thermal Modelling. Follow and implement company procedure. Oversea junior staff. Hold a full UK driving license. Knowledge of CIBSE guides, IEE/CDM regulations and British Standards.QualificationsHold at least a HNC or degree level. Experience in residential, education and commercial sectors with 5 year's experience.
