Senior Sous Chef Job, British Virgin Islands

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join a World renowned private island resort in the British Virgin Islands. The Sous Chef we are currently seeking will be responsible for the daily operations within the kitchen. The successful Sous Chef for an exclusive property in the British Virgin Islands will have experience within luxury 5* properties within the Caribbean

It is essential that the successful candidate will have experience within the Caribbean within the luxury hospitality environment. You will be responsible for creating bespoke menus for intimate settings for clients to planning events for up to 200 people.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and its team, costing and budgeting, procurement and wastage control.
