Looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer – Mission Critical with experience in Steel Portal Frames and Data Centres to join in Mission Critical projects.

What does the role involve?

As Senior Structural Engineer – Mission Critical you’ll be in charge of designing and overseeing civil engineering projects, from data centres to feasibility studies, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and time constraints. This involves managing projects, securing approvals, collaborating with clients and professionals, and possibly mentoring less experienced team members.

You need to look for new leads as Senior Structural Engineer – Mission Critical to maximise profit and support the wider business.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting budgets and metrics with warning of variances
• Project and team compliance
• Reviewing and mitigating risks
• Marketing of services the team and company provide to generate new business
• Building client relationships
• Developing and coaching cross coordination within and between teams inside the unit

To succeed as Senior Structural Engineer – Mission Critical:

• Need a degree in structural engineering
• Provide technical leadership and project support
• Need experience in project leading
• Experience in liaising with clients and teams
• Ability to deliver on fast paced projects
• Understand mission critical sector – Data Centres or Film Studio
• Ability to use and influence strategic and commercial decisions
• Strong communicator and collaborator
