This medium size Building Services Design consultancy is looking to expand their Sustainability team with a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their London office.

They are focused on integrating net zero strategies and low carbon design within the MEP.

This company puts sustainability first, actively working towards a sustainable building environment. Being passionate about sustainable building solutions is desirable.

They work on a variety of exciting projects from residential to pharmaceutical and everything in between.

Salary of a Senior Sustainability Consultant: circa £45,000 (dependant on experience)

Skills of a Senior Sustainability Consultant:

  • At least 3 years of professional Sustainability experience in a consultancy
  • Excellent management, verbal communication and written skills
  • Providing Sustainability support from early stages of design through to completion (RIBA Stage 1-6)
  • Working knowledge of UK legislation and policy frameworks with Sustainability
  • Developing ESG requirements
  • Producing Sustainability reports

Desired Experience of a Senior Sustainability Consultant:

  • WELL AP
  • BREEAM AP and BREEAM Assessor
  • Managing and mentoring junior members
  • Producing LCAs and WLCAs
