Sous Chef Job, Caribbean

I am currently looking for a Sous Chef to join one of the Caribbean’s top resorts with a world renowned, luxury brand.

The successful Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef and will have 3+ direct reports into them. It is essential that this Sous Chef has previous Caribbean experience within the luxury hospitality sector.

The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the development of menus, developing standards within the culinary department as well as preparing weekly schedules according to forecast.

It is essential for the successful candidate to have previously worked in the Caribbean, preference given to those still in the region.
