A Structural CAD Technician with an exciting Engineering Consultancy based in Surrey. A firm who is mainly involved in Education and Residential Projects of all varieties. The Successful CAD Technician will be needed on new projects that are coming in, more specifically with Residential, RC Detailing and Education projects.

We are excited to bring to you a new Structural CAD Technician position with a small but, thriving engineering consultancy based in a lovely area of Surrey.

This engineering consultancy is anticipating a large workload of projects coming in over the winter period and gives a great chance for a Structural Technician to come in and make their mark. The successful Structural CAD Technician will be responsible for modelling of Residential and Education projects with some Health-care projects as well.

The successful Structural CAD Technician will need to be proficient in using AutoCAD and ideally with some Revit experience but, this is not essential. The ideal Structural Technician will have at least 2-3 years’ experience and will also need good knowledge of building materials including steel, timber, concrete and masonry.

The Structural CAD Technician will have ownership of certain projects with their only being 1 CAD Technician in the office already the work will be regular and moving towards more Revit use.
