Talent Coordinator Job, Rushden

We are working with one of our long standing, award winning clients who have a passion for innovation and environmental sustainability. The business is rapidly growing and have some very ambitious growth plans and now need someone to help support them coordinate and on-board new talent. Great opportuntiy for someone who has worked in an HR and/ or recruitment setting who is looking to grow and develop their career. Great company that will encourage and support extra training and qualifications if desired (CIPD etc).

The Job:

  • Interacting with Service Line Director(s) to identify recruitment requirements, time line for placement and prepare job descriptions
  • Understanding of current ED&I legislation
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Help determine selection criteria for candidates
  • Coordinate with marketing for the preparation of internal recruitment brochures/material
  • Posting job openings on media and social media outlets
  • Filtering of appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks
  • Plan the selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews
  • Assess the candidate’s information, including Curriculum Vitae (CV)’s, portfolios and references from internal applicants and Agency partners
  • Scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews
  • Extending draft job offers and arranging the relevant documents
  • Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department and wider SMT
  • Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, recruitment events and preparing information packs to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Organise our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
  • Organise and coordinate onboarding – (obtain feedback)

The Person:

Recruitment/ HR experience either in house or agency required
Great communicator
Passionate and personable
Highly organised
Strong Microsoft skills inc: Word, Outlook, Excel
