Job Title: Travel Administrator

Location: Bath

Salary: £21,000

Hybrid Working (2/3 days in the office)

The successful candidate will be providing support to the global travel and health and safety teams across the business globally. You will ensure employees details are on the system and updated accordingly. Supporting the H&S team with general administration of the legal compliance third party online training ensuring the business is compliant across the global footprint.

As a TRavel Administrator you will be:

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and IT equipment to ensure smooth team operations
  • Creating travel itineraries for the team and company events
  • Completing time sheets for the team
  • Minuting meetings and taking notes and recording actions
  • Responsible for responding to the Travel Helpdesk queries in a timely manner.
  • Collating travel information
  • Traveller Tracking System – reporting and sorting issues
  • Creating and updating intranet web pages
  • Updating H&S management system documents

As a Travel Administrator you will have:

  • Competence in excel, word, outlook, Microsoft TEAMS and other Microsoft suite software.
  • Experience of interaction and communication with staff on all levels Confidential and professional
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Experience of InDesign, SharePoint or Visio would be advantageous, but not essential
  • 1-2 years admin experience
