The trust is made up of x3 companies, structural & civil engineering, Communications Design & Architectural Design. The companies have delivered award winning projects across the globe and across many sectors. This role is supporting the Executive Assistant for providing pro-active assistance in a busy and demanding environment ensuring a consistent high level of service. The successful candidate will be an effective Office Assistant providing support to the wider office.

Trust Office Assistant Job, London

Responsibilities:

  • General office coordination and management
  • Diary management
  • Event/travel Management
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Arranging and coordinating new starter packs and uploading to CRM
  • Stakeholder management
  • Building relationships with people at all levels of the business
  • Support for bid applications when necessary

Ideal Candidate would have:

  • Demonstrated PA/EA or Office Assistant experience
  • Ideally, would have knowledge of the Engineering/ Construction/ Consultancy industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, busy office environment
  • Experience assisting with Bids Coordination and supporting project teams
