We are looking for a chef who is flexible and able to cook within different environments, can communicate with the villa team and external suppliers, can create a menu to suit different cultures and dietary requirements dependant on who the guests are and can plan and organise effectively.
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, take pride in their work and have excellent training and coaching skills.
You will be expected to produce food of an extremely high level, plan menus to suit guests, be responsible for stock and wastage control, and ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
