Billy's professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where he excelled and rapidly progressed through the ranks. However, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Billy decided to shift his focus towards office roles and transition away from the demanding world of bars and restaurant management. It was during this time that he discovered his aptitude for recruitment, particularly within the fire and security field, where he has gained valuable experience over the past year.
