The Opportunity: Senior Electrical Design Engineer
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will step in as a discipline leader, taking ownership across multiple large‑scale projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex MEP projects across healthcare, education, commercial, biotech, transportation, and other industries
- Designing advanced and innovative electrical systems
- Meeting and advising clients
- Guiding and mentoring design staff
- Supporting project management alongside MEP leadership teams
What They’re Looking For
Required
- BSEE
- 7 years of MEP design/consulting experience
- Proven team leadership or management experience
- Project management background within the MEP field
- Healthcare building design HCAI compliance experience
- Strong client‑facing energy and communication skills
- Full understanding of building codes
- Broad and deep design systems knowledge
Preferred
- Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
- PMP Certification
- LEED Accreditation
- CAD and REVIT experience
