Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium-sized projects, ensuring successful development, design, and coordination of engineering services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and accurate briefs to the design office team.

• Develop and specify electrical building systems, equipment, facilities, components, and products.

• Provide expert technical advice, problem resolution, and conduct technical audits of deliverables.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Ensure adherence to document control methods and quality control standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of seven years in the industry with a proven track record in project management and client-facing roles.

• Education: Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent. Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong people management skills.
