Position: Senior Structural Engineer
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Location: Central London 

The Opportunity
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-profile structural engineering projects, working closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams.This position offers a clear pathway for career progression within a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy that is actively redefining sustainable engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design on a variety of building projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and developers to provide innovative engineering solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
• Attend client meetings and represent our client professionally.
• Contribute to sustainable design strategies and low-carbon engineering initiatives.

About YouEssential Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy.
• Strong design experience in steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
• Experience delivering projects independently.

Desirable

• Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE) or working towards chartership.
• Experience in refurbishment, adaptive reuse or sustainable design.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit workflows.
