A growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its expanding team in London. Following a strategic focus on growing its London presence, the business is investing heavily in its structures capability and securing an increasing number of complex building structures projects across the capital and wider UK.

The successful Senior Structural Engineer will work closely with architects, developers and clients, leading the technical delivery of a varied portfolio of building structures projects including tall residential buildings, commercial offices, film studios, rail-adjacent developments, basements and major refurbishment schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer who enjoys hands on engineering, project leadership and working closely with clients whilst remaining heavily involved in technical delivery.

We Are Looking For A Senior Structural Engineer Who:

• Has experience delivering a variety of building structures projects;
• Has strong technical design experience in steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures;
• Can manage project delivery and coordinate design teams;
• Is comfortable undertaking calculations, technical reviews and design checks;
• Enjoys working directly with architects and clients;
• Has experience leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers;
• Possesses strong communication and project management skills;
• Is interested in working on tall buildings, commercial developments and complex building structures projects;
• Is willing to attend the London office three days per week.

As The Successful Senior Structural Engineer, You Will:

• Lead the delivery of complex building structures projects across London and the UK;
• Work on tall residential buildings, offices, film studios, basements and refurbishment projects;
• Deliver structural calculations, reports and technical designs;
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary consultants;
• Undertake design reviews and quality assurance checks;
• Support and mentor graduate and project-level engineers;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Contribute to the continued growth of the London structures team;
• Play a key role in delivering technically challenging building structures projects.
