2002
Founded during the building boom
Alex Christie and Nick Rothery start Energi People with a simple ambition: do engineering recruitment properly. The London construction market is booming and good engineers are hard to find.

2008–09
The credit crunch — and we came out stronger
Where most agencies contracted, we held our nerve and deepened relationships. The clients who stayed with us then are still with us today.

Going global — Dubai, Qatar, Singapore
Billion-dollar hospitals in Qatar. Architectural marvels in Dubai. Key hires on top-secret UK ventures. Our fingerprints are on projects most people never hear about.
